Burkeshire Homeowners Association is a pro-active group with the following mission:

- Enhance the property values of all owners.
- Improve the neighborhood with capital improvements using a prudent method of spending and detailed budgeting for the biggest return on the homeowners assessments.
- Educate all homeowners of the responsibilities of both Burkeshire Homeowners Association and also the responsibilities of the Homeowner to the Association.
- Work with the city, county and area governments to cooperate to provide a Safe, secure, and clean environment for all homeowners.
- Create an open exchange of ideas, monetary actions, and deed restrictions so all Home Owners feel comfortable to come to the meetings, e-mail, or visit with board members regarding questions or issues they may have.
- Treat each homeowner with respect and in return expect the homeowner to treat the association with the same respect.
